We’re a family-owned farm passionate about providing fresh, locally grown produce to our community. Our farm market is a lively destination during the harvest season, featuring fresh fruits, vegetables, homemade goods, and seasonal décor. In the fall, we offer mums and other autumn favorites. During the Christmas season, we sell fresh-cut trees, handmade wreaths, poinsettias, and more!
Position Summary
We’re looking for friendly, hardworking, and dependable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Farm Market Associates. If you enjoy engaging with people, being hands-on, and working in a vibrant market setting, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers with a warm and helpful attitude
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Restock produce and maintain clean, appealing displays
• Water seasonal plants and maintain a tidy market space
• Provide product and farm-related information to customers
• Help with market setup, cleanup, and daily operations
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the cooler
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends
• Prior farm market or retail experience is a plus (but not required!)
