Seasonal Farm Field Worker

​

​​Part-time (20hrs) and/or Full-Time (40hrs) Available

​

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our farm team for the 2026 growing season.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Planting

• Harvesting

• Washing and packing produce

• Weeding and watering

• General field and greenhouse labor

​

This position requires getting your hands dirty and being comfortable with physical work including bending, lifting, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

​​Location: Kutztown, PA

​

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Alternating Saturdays

 

Position Duration:

Immediate opening through the end of October

 

Compensation:

Competitive pay
